| Dr. Lester F. Littell, III, is originally from Dayton, Tennessee where his father was the general practitioner for the majority of Rhea County. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee in 1972 and his Medical Degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Memphis, in 1976. Dr. Littell also completed his internship and residency in the orthopaedic surgery program for the UT College of Medicine in Chattanooga in 1983. Dr. Littell opened his own practice in Chattanooga in 1983, then moved to Alabama in 2000, where he now maintains an office in Selma. Dr. Littell resides in Marion Junction, Alabama and enjoys turkey hunting, field trialing with his Pointers, horseback riding and spending time with family.
